Reality is, San Antonio does not regulate airplane gas like we do car gas.

We took the lead out of car gas, but not airplanes.

WHAT I'LL DO:

Valero the gas company, based right here in SA, is the leading provider

of alternative fuel. We can create tax incentives for planes 

to use San Antonio Valero's fuel.
